Greg is a senior executive with over 35 years of experience in engineering, management, leadership, procurement, and program management, with 16 years as a member of the Senior Executive Service. He has experience in establishing effective relationships with stakeholders across a broad spectrum, including OMB, Cabinet Agencies, Congress, and the private sector. Greg is a senior manager with extensive experience in implementing change management/business management and control systems in a collaborative manner – able to connect the dots between aspiration, inspiration, and results.

Joe is a retired Rear Admiral, United States Coast Guard, and a former Senate-confirmed Deputy Administrator for FEMA with 40 years of experience with disaster management, maritime awareness, and operations. He had broad Executive responsibilities, working across DHS, DoD and other Federal Departments. In his extensive Coast Guard career, Joe had assignments across the country, including the First Coast Guard District in Boston, MA and the Joint Interagency Task Force South in Key West, FL.

Stacy has over 27 years of federal service as an Army Veteran and Department of Veterans Affairs executive. Stacy’s last federal position was as the CEO of the Birmingham Veterans Affairs Medical Center where she oversaw all aspects of delivering a $650 million budget of healthcare expenditures to over 80,000 Veterans in Alabama. Other leadership roles within the Department of Veterans Affairs include Director of the Beckley VA Healthcare System, Director of Veteran Performance Improvement MyVA, Special Assistant to the Secretary, Deputy Director of Homeless Veteran Initiatives, Deputy Director for Congressional and Legislative Affairs, and Presidential Management Fellow.

Rick is a retired Rear Admiral, United States Coast Guard with 33 years of experience in aviation operations and maintenance, maritime operations, logistics/supply chain management, strategic planning, and contingency response.  Rick’s exemplary career included assignments as the Thirteenth Coast Guard District Commander, responsible for overseeing all operations throughout the Pacific Northwest, and the Coast Guard’s first Director of Operational Logistics. He has experience in establishing effective relationships with stakeholders throughout the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security.

Tim is a senior leader with over 36 years of experience in procurement, acquisition, program management, and strategic planning, including 20 years as an Air Force officer and contracting professional. He is skilled in leading cross-functional teams addressing all phases of acquisition planning and execution, proposal evaluation, source selection, program delivery, and contract monitoring. Tim is a recognized expert in contracting operations, building acquisition organizations, developing strategic frameworks, and performance assessment models to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.

Beth is an experienced life-long Emergency Manager with over 35 years at the state and federal government and private sector. As a former FEMA Associate Administrator for the Office of Response and Recovery and Director of Disaster Operations. A political appointee with the Obama Administration, she directed over 900 disasters and emergencies. She led all aspects of response, logistics, and recovery to support state, territorial, tribal, and local governments. Her passion is to assist survivors and communities after disaster strikes.
